In Beautykas Webshop you buy your goods through our online store, or by ordering the goods by e-mail.
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that you have specified during the order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will then receive a new mail when your order is sent.
Beautyka does not include agreements with persons who are not adult (18 years). If you are under the age of 18 and want to shop, one of your guardians must make the order. Upon detection of any false orders or other fraud attempts, the matter will be reported to the police. Beautyka reserves the right to refuse an order.
Beautyka works hard to ensure that the information on its sales platforms is correct, but reserves the right to sell for sale and any information errors. We deliver the products with DHL and Postnord. Items weighing up to 2 kilos can be sent with DHL Servicepoint and PostNord Varubrev.
Shipping cost per brutto weight:
1. DHL Servicepoint: up to 2 kg - SEK 69;
2. PostNord Consignment note: up to 250g - 49rk; up to 500g - SEK 69; up to 2 kg - SEK 109.
Free shipping on orders over SEK 899. Orders exceeding SEK 700 are only sent as DHL Servicepoint. You choose the shipping method at checkout. By choosing a specific shipping method, you agree to the terms, costs, insurance and risks that apply to this type of delivery. You can read more about conditions on the PostNord website. We make reservations about whether PostNord delays delivery and whether the shipment is lost.
Your package is normally packed within 24 hours. All shipping methods mean that the package is sent to your mailbox or collection point. As soon as the package is in place, a notification will be sent to you. If you wish to receive notification via SMS, enter your mobile number when ordering.
We do not take financial responsibility for any problems depending on the carrier.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim notification. Do not download a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the kind that it can be attributed to the postal or transport company's handling, you must contact them and make a claim notification. If any dispute with the mail or the transport company cannot be resolved, please contact us.
Your package is located at the delivery point for 14 days. In the case of smaller items (when choosing Postnord Varubrev and Postnord Brev), your parcel is sent directly to your mailbox. If the package does not go into the mailbox, there will be a notification so that you pick it up on your representative.
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it goes back to us (14 days), we will bill you 350 SEK for our work with handling the goods.
Collect in store
You can also pick up your package in our store at Hagaesplanaden 58 in Stockholm. You will receive a text message when your package is available for download. Note Include identification. Our opening hours are non-working weekdays 10-18. Your package is with us for 14 days.

We use Klarna for all our payments and you can pay by invoice, card or direct payment via your bank.
We can offer private individuals to shop against invoice. Payment terms are 10 days, ie the invoice must be paid within 10 days. We send ordered products after the invoice has been paid. In the event of late or non-payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and default interest of 8% per year is paid. An invoice fee of SEK 39 may be added to a paper invoice that will be sent by post.
NOTE! Customer is responsible for paying the invoice on time. This applies regardless of whether the customer has received the invoice or not. If a customer does not pay on time, Beautyka AB can send a case to a debt collection company.

Beautyka AB makes no further warranties in addition to those specified by the manufacturer. We can not take responsibility for any overburden against ingredients in a product or sample. If you feel the least uncertain about the warranty or the instructions accompanying your product, please contact us before use so we can help you. All prices at beautyka.se are shown including 25% VAT. The VAT is specified on your order confirmation. No extra costs in addition to freight will be added. All offers are valid as long as stocks last. Exchange of promotional gifts may occur.
We reserve for any printing and writing errors. If inaccuracies in price and delivery time or other circumstances should occur, Beautyka AB reserves the right to change this afterwards. On these occasions we contact you and inform you about this. You then have your full right to either change or cancel your order.

We only deliver within Sweden.
You have an open purchase for 14 days from the date the goods are sent from us. During this period you can return your goods for free replacement or refund. Always contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase and before returning the goods. This also applies if you wish to change products. The products must be unused, unopened and in their original box. If the products are destroyed or used, refunds do not apply. You pay the freight and return shipping expense yourself. We are not responsible for the delivery to us from the customer.
You as a customer are responsible for packing the goods so that they are not damaged during delivery. Goods that are damaged on arrival due to. Lack of packaging will be charged to the customer. We will charge you the extra costs that arise in case of non-complete returns, or do not accept the return.
If the complaint / return is approved, we will refund the amount for your order within 14 days. Always save the delivery note until the return is completed.

When we have approved that the product including cardboard and accessories is in approved condition, we will pay the money for the product. The item (s) you return must be unused and the packaging unbroken. We are not responsible for the delivery to us from the customer. We do not solve shipments that are not fully franked.
