Academie Normalizing Toner is a purifying facial toner for oily and combined skin. This face toner has anti-inflammatory features and dampens appearance of pimples and blackheads as it simultaneously reduces pore size and absorbes excessive sebum.

Apply the toner on the cotton pad and draw over the cleansed, dry skin of the face and neck.
